CANCELLATION POLICY

PLEASE READ POLICIES! PLEASE be respectful, kind, and mindful of my policies. I do work back to back with clients. My time is just as valuable as yours! I do consider myself to be very understanding and flexible as long as you communicate ahead of time with me. I DO NOT wish to do business with anyone who cannot follow my policies. ________________________________________ PLEASE USE YOUR FIRST AND LAST NAME WHEN BOOKING. A Deposit of $25 must be made WITHIN 30 MINUTES OF BOOKING. Any service over $100 must submit a $50 deposit to secure your appointment. DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER BEING SENT UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES. ONCE YOU’VE SCHEDULED AND SENT THE DEPOSIT I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING ISSUES ON YOUR END. (Deposits are only transferable if I for some reason have to reschedule your appointment.) Where to send deposit: Zelle, Apple Pay, Cash app, or Venmo. Your deposit will then go towards your total but you MUST pay the remaining balance in CASH. Please have the exact total in hand just in case I don’t have change. NO DEPOSIT = NO APPOINTMENT ________________________________________ Make sure you come with no lotion or oils on skin what so ever. Please come alone and wear comfy clothes so your skin doesn’t irritate after the wax. FOR LOCATION: My address will be sent out once I confirm your appointment. Please arrive 5 mins earlier or on time to make sure you find parking. I will text you the day before to confirm and/or give a friendly reminder. If you are 7 minutes late to your appointment we will have to reschedule and you will have to submit another deposit. If you have to CHANGE your appointment for any reason, you must reschedule 48 hours prior to transfer your deposit over. Anything under 48 hours will lead into submitting a new deposit.
